A workshop to feed the local hunger for food knowledge

Please and Carriage House Farm partnered this spring to launch an extremely successful outdoor dining series. With an engaged group of dinners constantly asking questions and an ever expanding hunger for further food knowledge from home cooks and foodies in Cincinnati, Please & Carriage House Farm want to grow our success at the farm from weekends dinners to a full scale facility with an attached education kitchen and workshop. The education kitchen would host multiple classes a month ranging from everything from animal butchery to sous vide cooking to fermentation and everything in between.

A community who knows how to cook from scratch is a healthier community both physically and economically. The classes will promote the use of local heritage foods and ingredients which support the local economy and provide fresher more nutrient rich food.
